Job Description


Part-time position to prepare food for banquets and catering.
Maintains food cost, orders event food, prepares/presents food for the event. Works with kitchen and banquet staff to organize staff to prepare, present and clean up after event. Works with management regarding scheduling of personnel for all events. Must be available when needed. (i.e. some daytime,evening and weekends)
